Returns & Refunds

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll make it right:

Eligibility: Report within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request:

  1. Email info@Softiny.shop with your order number and a photo of the defect or incorrect item.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Not defective but want to send it back? No problem—just note:

  • Eligibility: Requests made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customer covers cost, since items ship from our international facility.

Full Refund: We’ll issue a full refund once we receive and inspect the return (minus your return-shipping cost).

20% Partial Refund: Skip the return—keep the product and we’ll refund 20% of your purchase price immediately.
