Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll make it right:
Eligibility: Report within 30 days of purchase.
How to Request:

- We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Not defective but want to send it back? No problem—just note:
- Eligibility: Requests made within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Customer covers cost, since items ship from our international facility.
